All prices acc. to the price list are per apartment and day excl. Local tax (€ 4,00 per person/day) and final cleaning (€ 60,00).
Conditions & Terms:
- Check-in: 2.00 pm, check-out: 10.00 am
- Child reduction by request
- Pets: only by request. € 15,00 / day without food
- A 30 % deposit of the total price has to be paid after the booking has been made
- You can pay the entire amount before the start of your holidays on the bank account specified by us or pay by cash on the day before your departure. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit or cash cards.
Cancellation policies
- to 61 days prior to arrival free cancellation
- From 60 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total price will be charged
- From 29 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total price will be charged
- From 6 days prior to arrival 90 % of the total price will be charged
- Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be reconfirmed
